Hi there! My name is Suki, I am passionate about gardening growing and drying flowers, and creating beautiful art with the gifts and talents that God has given me. The products I offer are a curated collection of botanical art and faith-based handcrafted gifts.
A little about me is that I’m a born-again Christian, I’m married to the love of my life. Our two kids are grown and married and I’m a proud grandma with 8 beautiful grandkids. In my downtime, I love to crochet and sew machine embroidery when I'm not playing in the dirt.
Ever since I can remember I have always loved art in all its forms and the creative process of learning and making new things. It started when I was a little girl, I fondly remember the excitement of coloring with a new Big Box of crayons. I loved to draw and dreamt about being a cartoonist. When I was a teenager, my mother taught me how to sew and crochet. I loved going to the fabric store with her and dreaming up all sorts of fashionable outfits and purses and longed to be a fashion designer someday.
After growing up and starting a family, those dreams changed and I began to learn how to cook and garden, growing my own flowers, herbs & vegetables from seed. I had a 25-year career working full-time as an operator and service rep for AT&T and then worked as a receptionist at our church. I retired in 2020 and started to let the creative juices flow again.
My interests are broad, but I have one that brings me the most joy and that is working with flowers. I have a beautiful flower garden and love making art with dried flowers. I learned that my love language is words of affirmation. I receive hope and encouragement from the Word of God and love to share my faith with others through the art that I create.
